Undamaged, in a good condition for resale or defective merchandise for exchange or refund within 14 days after you receive your package.
Please note that you will still be responsible for any shipping charge unless the item is returned due to defects or inaccurate information on the website, in which case we will provide the return shipping label for you Also the returned item must be properly wrapped to prevent damaging during the shipping process in order to get the full refund.
